This is a gentle, five-region seasonal series designed to support rest, reflection, and inner recalibration.
Rather than pushing for change or productivity, this series works with winter’s natural rhythm - a time for slowing down, honoring what has shaped us, and creating space for something new to emerge in its own time.
You will be guided through short audio teachings, optional reflection guides, and gentle somatic and environmental cues. There are no goals to meet, no assignments to complete, and no pressure to move faster than feels right.
This series begins February 1 and remains accessible through April 30, allowing you to move at your own pace.
