Return Policy
Cancellation Policy for Tier 1 and Tier 2 Courses:
Should you choose to cancel your booking for a live online or on-site course, we
will refund full payment, less an administration fee of $50, if the cancellation is made 30 days or more prior to the seminar. If you decide to cancel within 30 days of the seminar, your enrollment fee, minus a cancellation fee of $150.00 per person, will be refunded.

Cancellation Policy for self-paced Live Web Tier 1 Course:
Should you choose to cancel your course enrollment, please notify us by email or phone within 10 days of your initial enrollment and before you create a user profile on the web based course.
Your enrollment fee, minus an administrative fee of $70, will be refunded, and you may retain your course books. (We are unable to accept returns on the program's course books.)

Cancellation Policy for Tier 3 Program:
If you should need to cancel your booking, the full fee, minus a $75 administrative fee, is refundable up to 30 days before the course. For cancellations within 30 days, the $395 course deposit is non-refundable. If you fail to attend the course without due notice you will forfeit the course fee.

Cancellation Policy for Tier 4 Practitioner Certification Program:
A full refund, minus a $50 administration fee, may be obtained within 3 weeks of registration providing that you have not logged into the course website.

For all LIVE courses (online or in person): Refunds will be granted prior to program date only.
If you fail to attend a course without due notice you will forfeit the course fee.

Travel exceptions for on site courses:
Although a rarity, there may be times when we have no choice but to cancel a course due to unforeseen emergencies or low enrollment. In this case, students will receive a full refund for course fees paid. Living Enrichment is not responsible for any travel expenses which may be incurred by students.
