Rescue Pastilles are soothing pastilles, ideal as a complement to the other Rescue Remedy products that provide relief for everyday stress. The convenient format is ideal for use when traveling. 

Rescue Pastilles can not be compared directly with Rescue Remedy drops and spray. Rescue Remedy drops and sprays are both liquid and contain flower extracts of Rock Rose, Impatiens, Clematis, Star of Bethlehem, Cherry Plum in a grape alcohol solution. Rescue Remedy provides natural, everyday stress relief. Rescue Remedy is produced strictly in accordance with the original recipes of Dr. Edward Bach. However, Rescue Pastilles are solid and contain 1% of the Rescue Remedy. They are to be chewed and have only a small amount of Rescue Remedy compared to the original liquid formula.

Nelsons recommends the following usage:

Rescue Remedy dropper: 4 drops in a glass of water or directly under the tongue. Best to keep at home and to dilute in water to sip at intervals.

Rescue Remedy spray: 2 sprays directly under the tongue. A more convenient format and best to keep with you at all times for on-the-go emergencies.

Rescue Pastilles: chew one soothing pastille as and when required. Best to use when traveling, to give to children or for non-alcohol users.
